Looking forward to all of the new recipes that will be linked up this week. Theresa from Red Oak Lane was kind enough to fix my button, so maybe you will actually be able to grab it this week. Thanks so much again, Theresa! :-)
I decided to share my recipe for Biscuit topped Beef and Beans. I don't have any photos of us making this one, so I just included some random photos of the kids helping out in the kitchen. :-)
Lisa's Biscuit topped Beef and Beans
1 pound ground beef
2 cans cut green beans
2 envelopes brown gravy mix or 2 small jars of prepared brown gravy
1 can refrigerated biscuits
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Brown beef, place in casserole.
Drain both cans of beans and add to beef. Pour gravy over it. Season to taste and mix well. Bake at 350 until mixture is heated through and biscuits are lightly browned. This is a quick and easy recipe, yet tastes really good! :-)
I am also linking up with Addicted to Recipes, Kids in the Kitchen and Raising Mighty Arrows.
