Homeschool Mother's Journal/Weekly Wrap-Up: July 18

Another summer week has flown by.

What have we been up to this week?

Lots of Taekwando. Kiddo #2 made his yellow belt!!  Yay!

Couldn't help but bring a tear to my eye when I saw Kiddo #4 volunteer to belt her brother.  Very sweet.  :-)

Some swimming thrown in there

along with fun Wii games

some outdoor fun

making t-shirts

(If you can't see the t-shirt clearly, that is Kiddo and all 42? of her pigs.  I included the photo below so you can see them all, lol)

(and all of their names begin with P, I, G or S and she knows every. single.one.)

and working on our garden (we have picked a couple of tomatoes already!)

We have had some "visitors" including this beautiful blue jay

and we can't forget Kiddo #1 driving (here in PA they are required to have 65 hours of driving experience while they have their Learner's Permit).

Hope your week has been wonderful and your weekend blessed with family and fun!

Wow, that's a log of pigs! Nice shirt idea and summer project for kids. Looks like it's been a fun and busy week. I can't believe how fast this summer seems to be going and now another new week. We're going to be working on our garden more this week, we mostly have ducks and geese roaming around here. Wishing you a good week ahead. :)

Looks like a lot of fun and a lot of pigs! :-) My middle daughter has a collection of penguins and I thought she had a lot because they're reaching near 30!
