Another combo post. :-) It has been a busy and productive couple of days and I just didn't get on the computer.
I am trying to look for and be grateful for the little things; the things that would slip by as "ordinary," yet are very special like...
a great Italian lesson this week
animals whose antics really make us laugh
delicious, warm, homemade bread, especially when its made by one of the kiddos
and a kiddo who not only made his grandfather and grandparents a wonderful birthday/anniversary cake, but who knows what the requirements are for his Civil Air Patrol and works diligently to fulfill them.
What are you grateful for this week? I am sharing with these lovely ladies:
Judy H-J's Thoughts, Mama to 4 Blessings, Create with Joy, NOBH, Musings from a Stay at Home Mom, Tina's Wordless Wednesday,Judy @ CoffeeJitters and Wordless Wednesday at Wordless and Living Well Wednesday, Favorite Things, Modest Mom, Homemaking Wednesdays and Crafty Spices,Lisa at The Army Chap's Wife, NOBH,Miscellany Monday, Raising Homemakers and Modest Mom and Raising Mighty Arrows,, Spilled Milkshake,Crafty Spices, Mom's Monday Mingle, Monday Mingle, and Field Trip Friday and Just the Stuff Ya Know and Do Small Things with Love and Mondays with Countrified Hicks

Love the kitty photo. Cats have awesome personalities.
Did I tell you that my daughter was in the Civil Air Patrol? She was one of two girls.
Anyway, yes, we should always just be grateful for the ordinary too.
Love the photos of your family and pets.
Have a great week.

It really is in those little things that we can find huge enjoyment, isn't it?! Loved the pictures this week! Thank you for so faithfully linking up.
I love how your son irons his own CAP uniform. My daughter also ironed her own uniforms when she was in CAP. My son in Jr. ROTC -- not so much. Looks like another great week of learning and love at your house!
I love looking at the ordinary with new eyes. Good post.
Wow, such memorable moments you've captured of the kiddos! I wish to God I would've taken more pics of my kids when they were little, but I was a single mother and working 24/7 to support four kids, but I'm making up for it now with pics, pics, and more pics of them and the kiddos!!! Thanks for sharing. Going to see if I'm following you.
Totally nice list today!
It is interesting that your children are learning Italian. Your cat is so cute! He is ready to use the computer!:) Congratulations to your children. They are so creative.
Oops, delete my last post. I meant to say, Thanks for stopping by and joining my blog hop! Hope you will come again next week!
