This week, I'm going to share my dad's meatloaf recipe. It is delicious, let me tell you. ;-) We typically freeze them after making them and then pop them in the oven for about 2 hours (frozen) or about an hour and a half if defrosted or just made. I usually keep it covered for at least the first hour or so. Then, you can uncover it so it can brown a bit on the top if you prefer it like that. :-) You could also put them in your crockpot. It is convenient to have them in the freezer and ready to go.
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
Hope you enjoy! :-)
Here is the one we had tonight all sliced and ready to be served. :-)

hmmmm... I love the big old "W" bottle - I haven't added that to my meatloaf in a while...dh likes marinating our venison in it... Hmmm hmm!!! Thanks for hosting!
I love a good meatloaf. Yours sounds a lot like mine. Thanks for hosting and sharing your recipe :)
Looks real yummy Lisa! Thanks for hosting and have a good week.
Perfect timing Lisa. Keilee and I were just talking about meatloaf. I rarely make it because I don't have a recipe I love. I am going to try this! Thank you.
Thanks for the party! Love everything fall-related, so exciting! I linked up peanut butter ice cream-give it a whirl, you won't be sorry!
Blessings!

After serving my then future husband a brick called meat loaf - we have a pre-nump that states no meat loaf! lol - maybe I should give this one a try! :) thanks for sharing
Thanks for hosting, Lisa! Your meatloaf sounds tasty. :)
This looks really delicious! I haven't had meatloaf in quite a while.
Thank you for hosting! This week I am linking up my Pumpkin Spice Loaf recipe. Have a wonderful week!
I haven't had meat loaf in such a long time. I love the idea of making some to freeze for after, this would be very helpful. Thanks for sharing at my Our Favorite Things Link Party. Have a great week.
Meatloaf with mashed potatoes...one of my favorite childhood memories! The best were meatloaf sandwiches we'd make the next day with any leftovers.
What a great Meatloaf, it looks delicious. Hope you had a great week end and thank you so much for sharing with Full Plate Thursday.
Come Back Soon!
